The Zoo offers multiple sponsorship levels, from Grand Title to area hosts, for any one of its special event fundraisers. Special events include:
Zoofari (November)- A food festival featuring national entertainment and food sampling from over 70 local restaurants. Average attendance is 3,500 people.
WaZoo (August) -A beverage festival featuring local entertainment and beer and wine sampling from over 200 different vendors. Average attendance is 3,700 people.
Zoo Run Run (September)- A 5K walk/run within the Zoo, behind-the-scenes and along the scenic Hillsborough River. Averages over 600 runners annually.
Charity Golf Classic (May)- Held at Old Memorial Golf Club and featuring on the course games, a gift pack for all participants, a post event awards dinner, and a grand prize to the team with the overall best net score.
Dia Del Nino (June)- A Hispanic cultural celebration featuring live music on multiple stages, Hispanic cuisine, and live animal interactions. This event averages more than 4,000 guests annually.
ZooBoo- Annual Halloween event featuring spooky decor, multiple haunted houses, special entertainment and more on select nights in September and October. An event for everyone in the family and does not feature any violent scenes.
Wild Wonderland- Annual holiday lights festival, featuring reindeer, visits with Santa, carriage rides and more on select nights in December.
Karamu (April)– Invitation-only black tie gala featuring catered dinner, a live and silent auction and live entertainment. Averages over 500 guests annually.

Summer Safari Nights- Annual summer event series for our members. Features live music, interactive animal experiences, and free rides for kids. The event averages 5,000 people over the 4-night span. Summer Safari Nights take place from May-August on one select Friday each month.
Events that span multiple months or throughout the year:
$5 Day Days- Zoo Admission is $5 per person to ensure admittance into the Zoo is accessible to people of all incomes. The average attendance of each event is 11,000 people. The Zoo holds 4 of these events throughout the year typically in January, May, July and September.

Animal Exhibit Sponsorships- Receive year round signage recognition at the site of one of over 200 animal exhibits at Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo. Your company or business can help by providing support for the care and feeding of a particular animal at the Zoo for up to one year.
Zoo Pass Membership Program- Would you like high visibility to more than 18,000 Zoo member households? Help underwrite the Zoo’s membership program and receive year-round recognition through various member communications.
Title One Underwriting-The Zoo provides year-round, free admission to several of the Bay area's Title One Schools. Your funds here will help underwrite this program and you will be recognized as a sponsor of the free admissions.
Scholarships-Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo's "Zoo School" includes a full service daycare, pre-school and kindergarten, along with providing day camps, summer camps and classes. With funding for scholarships, those who would not normally be able to attend a day at "Zoo School" can do so.
