A 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required when booking
an event. It must be received with the signed rental agreement form

no later than 30 days prior to the event. The balance of the

rental fee is due 7 days prior to the event. For any group over 500 people,

                    a minimum fee will be applied of $5 per person.

Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all rentals.

All prices are subject to change without notice until confirmation with a signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit.

Inclement Weather: Events are held rain or shine. Due to the high demand for reserved space at the Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo, we are unable to schedule advance inclement weather reservations. In the event of inclement weather, tickets issued to the client can still be redeemed at the Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo admission gate on the day of the event. These tickets will be billed to your organization according to the original contract.

Clients are prohibited from bringing the following into the zoo: : Any alcoholic beverages, Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola products, hamburgers of any kind, French fries, straws, lids and any products that have wooden sticks. Furthermore no balloons or small objects that can endanger the animals will be allowed. All products and equipment must be approved by the Rentals Department prior to the event.

A cancellation that is received 30 or more days prior to the event is entitled to a full refund (excluding the reservation date hold deposit). A cancellation that is received less than 30 days prior to the event is subject to a penalty.

All rental and catering fees are subject to a 7.00% sales tax. Beer, wine and liquor are subject to a 7.51% sales tax. Due to fluctuations in costs, the quoted prices are subject to change without notice until confirmation.

Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo reserves the right to inspect and control all private events. Liability for damage to the premises will be charged accordingly. Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo cannot assume responsibility for any and all personal property and/or any equipment brought into Zoo facilities. The renter must supply a certificate of insurance to the zoo prior to the event.
