Early Childhood Education and Pre-K

The Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo Pre-K and Early Childhood Education Classes are licensed through Hillsborough County Child Licensing for children 12 months- 5 years of age. Each classroom provides the children with a hands on experience in environmental education with animal interactions. Each week consists of Zoo hikes, making animal enrichments and science experiments. Our program starts at 8:00am and runs to 2:30pm.

3-Day Class (M, W, F) Monthly $296.00 - On 1/1/09, tuition will be $331.00
2-Day Class (T, TH) Monthly $212.00 - On 1/1/09, tuition will be $247.00
 
5-Day Extended Care: Monthly $200.00
3-Day Extended Care: Monthly $120.00
2-Day Extended Care: Monthly $80.00

Kindergarten

We also offer a private, onsite Kindergarten at the Zoo School. This is a one of a kind Kindergarten experience that offers a strong science and environmental literature based curriculum. The Florida Sunshine State Standards are met, thus ensuring that your child will be ready to enter the first grade upon successful completion of our program. We are currently accepting applications for school year 08-09. Sign up early. Space is limited!

Kindergarten Prices:
Monthly 5 day a week tuition:

$464.00*

*As of January 1, 2009, kindergarten tuition will be $499.00.

Annual book/supply fee: $75.00 - for kindergarten only
 
Extended care hours and fees:

Monday through Friday
7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Fee: $200.00 per month
