COMPLETED K-8th GRADE SUMMER CAMP

Fun and Adventure awaits at the Zoo-School this summer! Think you’re too old for Zoo Camp? Well, we just added a whole bunch of cool new programs, so come check it out! Register online by clicking on the Education Tab.

 

A Typical Day at Summer Camp Includes**:

  • Zoo hikes
  • Classroom lessons with pictures and artifacts
  • Daily animal encounter or animal enrichment
  • Activities based on the weekly camp theme
  • Arts and crafts projects
  • Animal shows
  • Animal feedings
  • Keeper talks
  • Educational videos

            

**Schedules will vary depending on the grade level, the instructor, and the weekly theme.

 

Time:

Camp begins PROMPTLY at 9a.m. and ends at 4p.m. Monday through Friday. If you must drop your child off before 8:55am or pick them up after 4p.m. you MUST sign up for Extended Care.

 

Pricing:

Zoo Pass Holder grades K-8th: $165/child per week Non-Zoo Pass Holder: $185/child per week Zoo Pass Holder grades K-8th (4 Day Camp holiday weeks): $135/child per week Non-Zoo Pass Holder (4 Day Camp holiday weeks): $165/child per week

 

Equestrian and Animal Handling I and II Camp Zoo Pass Holder: $190/child per week Equestrian and Animal Handling I and II Camp Non-Zoo Pass Holder: $200/child per week

 

Extended Care:

AM: $25 Monday - Friday, 7-9am

PM: $25 Monday - Friday, 4-6pm

AM (4 Day Camp holiday weeks) $20 Monday-Friday, 7-9am PM (4 Day Camp holiday weeks) $20 Monday-Friday, 4-6pm

 

Parent’s Night Out

* NEW AGE GROUP*

Parents drop your kids off at the Zoo for the evening and go out, and have yourself a Wild time. We will supply the entertainment, pizza, and Sierra Mist for your child’s awesome Zoo experience. Pre-registration is required no later than 2 weeks prior to class.

Drop off time: 5:30p.m.

Pick up time: 11p.m.

Fee: $30 for one child, $25 for two or more children (per child rate)

Age: 3-5 (must be potty trained)

Ages: 6-8

Dates: First Saturday of every Month

VIP Guided Tours

Your program will consist of Behind the Scenes information in addition to creating an enrichment for one of our wonderful animals.

Ages 18 and up

1 hour and 10 minutes (50 minute guided tour, 20 minute enrichment) VIP Tour: Maximum of $120 for up to 8 adults Tours are scheduled 7 days a week

For Saturday and Sunday tours, please book early, Staff availability limited. Payment is due two weeks in advance.
