Zoo Attractions Zoo Shows     Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo offers many opportunities to get up close and interact with animals. Part of our mission is education about the natural world and we offer that opportunity on a daily basis through our programs. Zoo Keepers hold fun lectures about the animals and their behaviors and also what it's like to be a Zoo Keeper. The Spirits of the Sky is an interactive and entertaining show that features birds of prey. A bird of prey ,or raptor, is a bird that hunts for its food. Come get up close to these powerful and interesting animals. Shows run daily. Don't miss our "Manatee Encounter" show about Florida's Endangered West Indian Manatee. Learn why they are in our manatee hospital, why they need our help to survive and what you can do to help. Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo offers many keeper interactions and shows throughout each day. Show times vary.  Show schedules are distributed at the front gate of the Zoo.
